2021 Strategic Plan

The Chapter completed a strategic planning effort during the spring of 2021 that is used to guide our activities and direction.  AK ASLA hired the Foraker Group to lead the process with a questionnaire followed by two work sessions and a prepared a draft plan that the Board refined.  The 2021 Chapter Strategic plan is a living document that represents how membership feels today.
